About Me
My approach to therapy is strongly influenced by attachment theory, modern analytic theory, interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic theory and the principles of trauma informed care. I've been lucky to train with Bonnie Badenoch, the Center for Group Studies in NYC, Stan Tatkin, and more. In addition to my work with individuals and couples, I lead 6 weekly groups - 4 mixed gender process groups and 2 training groups for therapists. I'm deeply interested in Person of the Therapist work and am equally committed to my intellectual learning and personal development. I work hard to make sense of my own life experiences and have a deep capacity to be with my clients as they experience the pain and joy in their own lives. Providing a welcoming space for the diversity of humans and their lived experiences is very important to me.
