Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with clients in Texas. Her training has consisted of working with clients in Intensive Outpatient groups, as well as with couples, individuals, and groups in private practice. Rachel is intensively trained in Radically Open DBT, is a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist, has foundational training and supervision in DBT, has received EMDR basic training, and is trained in ERP. Rachel's group practice includes two other therapists, Isalys Pagani, LPC, and Shawn Wood, LCSW. Isalys specializes in DBT, RODBT, CBT, CBT for Adult ADHD and is level 1 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Group 1 Description
Radically Open DBT is an evidence based therapy effective in treating chronic treatment resistant depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anorexia nervosa. RODBT targets difficulty with emotional expression and connection, isolation, avoidance, all or nothing thinking, high rigidity and perfectionism, and harsh self-judgments. Groups are virtual and focus on learning skills to help reach valued goals.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group
Group 2 Description
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence based therapy that has been found to be effective across a wide range of issues and behaviors. DBT helps people learn to manage intense emotions and decrease impulsive behaviors. DBT has been shown to be helpful with emotion regulation, decreasing anger and anxiety, increasing feelings of happiness, as well as with self-harm, anger outbursts, suicide thoughts or attempts, difficulty with interpersonal effectiveness, & substance use. Groups are each 90 minutes long.

CBT for Adult ADHD: Targeting Executive Dysfunction
Group 4 Description
Are you dealing with time blindness? Is it hard to find the "right" time to start necessary tasks? Do you often misplace things, or is your office or home disorganized? Are procrastination and avoidance interfering in your life? Are difficulties or conflicts coming up in relationships due to some of the items listed above? CBT for ADHD might be the treatment you've been searching for. This 12 session group targets issues of time management, organization, prioritization, motivation, and project planning and implementation. This is an evidence based treatment for Adult ADHD in a closed group format.
