Radically Open DBT is an evidence based therapy effective in treating chronic treatment resistant depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anorexia nervosa. RODBT targets difficulty with emotional expression and connection, isolation, avoidance, all or nothing thinking, high rigidity and perfectionism, and harsh self-judgments. Groups are virtual and focus on learning skills to help reach valued goals.

Radically Open DBT Process Group
Group 2 Description
This group is meant for people who identify as overcontrolled. RODBT targets difficulty with emotional expression and connection, isolation, avoidance, all or nothing thinking, high rigidity and perfectionism, and harsh self-judgments. You may have already completed an RODBT skills class, or have read about RODBT and identify with being overcontrolled. For this group we will help you determine if you feel ready to receive feedback from your peers. Group is once per week and $55 per session with two $155 initial intake appointments.
