About Me
I have been licensed to practice independently as a psychologist since 1999, and have been in private practice since 2003. Before opening my practice, I worked in college counseling centers, nursing homes, and at Waterloo Counseling Center. I also taught part-time for the St. Edward's University Master of Arts in Counseling program from 2002 through 2014, where my favorite class to teach was Group Counseling. I work with adults of all ages. I grew up in San Antonio, went to college at Rice University, and received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. I have lived in Austin since 1984.
